How It Works:
Step 1: Get started now by entering your e-mail address, phone number and Client ID# (if applicable) and clicking the Continue button.
Step 2: You are prompted to download a small, self-installing plug-in.
Step 3: A member of our support team will first chat online with you to learn more about the problem. If a screen-sharing session is necessary, you can grant permission to your support representative to view your screen and share control of the mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
