Since 2005, Firespring has partnered with Tobacco Free Nebraska to help Nebraskans quit tobacco use, eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke, keep youth from starting tobacco use and reach underserved populations.
We strategically develop and implement high-impact print and digital campaigns to support Nebraskans cessation efforts. Firespring’s experience and topical knowledge enabled them to hit the ground running with an effective communication plan to increase calls to the Tobacco Quitline.
Quitline call traffic increased by 3,000 callers 2017 and, between 2005–2017, Nebraska’s youth tobacco use rates have dropped from 30% to 7%.
