This deposit is fully refundable. In fact, we won't charge your credit card or cash your check if you clean up afterwards, leaving the space in essentially the same condition it was in when you arrived.
Name a Host(ess) with the Most(ess).
Especially if your group numbers more than 20, identify a host whose responsibility is to greet attendees at the door and show them the way to the meeting room. Unintended wandering can and should be prevented.

It sure does feel like a playground around here. Believe it or not, we do some amazing work, too. To be considerate to our clients and employees, please use your inside voice. Don't make us call your mom.

If you have a sign to post, let us know. We can tape it onto one of the glass doors or windows.
Friends don't let friends use glitter.
Actually, we love glitter. But, we love our carpet more, without sparkle. It's off-limits in this venue.
Our team of tech specialists sets up and maintains the technology in the room. If the a/v setup doesn't meet your requirements, please don't attempt to fix it yourself. Notify your meeting host and a team member will come a-runnin' to take care of you.
We love coffee and we're happy to provide coffee for groups under 20 at no cost to you. If you have a larger group, kindly purchase ground coffee from The Coffeehouse at 14th & P and we'll brew it for you. Cheers!

Unless otherwise explicitly indicated, beverages and other supplies in the break room are not available for meeting attendees.
Park out back.
For groups larger than 20, please notify your attendees to park in the lot in back, and use the rear entrance to the building. Your designated meeting host should greet them there and show them the way to the meeting room.
Slide is off-limits unless accompanied by host.
Certain areas of the building may be on alarm. We're happy to share the fun of our slide with you, as long as your meeting host slides with you.
