An update to Online Proofing

Online Proofing Management now includes an option to display history. Prior to this update, the View a proof page in a customer portal would list proofs that had Pending status only. Once they were no longer pending, they were removed from the list. Now, you have the option to Display History. When set to Yes, the View a proof page displays proofs of all statuses. Your customer can see at a glance who took action on a proof and when. 

The default setting is to not Display History, so to try it out for a customer, log into your Springboard and enable it in the Online Proofing Management settings for a portal.
