The Templates library has been a sort of unsung hero. Templates have always been great for adding content to a new page you create from scratch.
But sometimes your custom page is already in good shape and you just want to add some standard content to it, like a form. Applying a template to a page replaced all the content already on it. This all-or-nothing stance made Templates fall short, leaving you with a sad choice to make: Add the form content piece by piece, field by field? Or apply the form template and then re-add all your beautiful content?
You won't face that choice again. We've made templates much more easy-going. Now, when you apply a template to a page, the template's content gets added to the content already on the page, instead of replacing everything on it.
We love how slick templates make setting up a new contact form page now. Want some other ideas? How about an image gallery, a catalog or a video? In your Springboard, click My Website > Libraries > Templates and Add Template. Choose whether to create a template from scratch or from an existing page. Set up the content you want, the way you want, and it will be ready to add to any page at any stage of development.
