Website Notice Feature Gets Eyes on Your Message

For the first time in recent history, the entire world is going through something together. Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we know that many of our customers have an immediate need to get information quickly across to their website visitors. With the new Website Notice feature on your Springboard, you can easily get your important information to your website visitors to keep them in the loop during this unprecedented time.


To access your Website Notice settings, you’ll go to My Website > Website Settings > Website Notice. Once there, you’ll have the ability to input your notice text, and customize both the background and text colors. Click Save & Finish, then preview your Website Notice by clicking the URL under Currently Managing in the top left corner of your Springboard.

A few things to note:

  • Only Primary Administrators on the Springboard will see the Website Notice area. Your primary administrator can change your group by clicking My Account > Users & Groups.
  • This feature is not meant to serve as a blog or multi-paragraph update. Use a few succinct sentences, and link to a page with more information to best utilize the Website Notice feature. 
  • Because of the nature of this feature, our engineering team will not be able to customize the Website Notice any further than you are able to within the Springboard. 
  • If you are on a non-repsonsive design, you won’t have access to the Website Notice feature. Please contact our Client Success Team at 877.447.8936 or support@firespring.com to discuss upgrading to a new design.
