With the new AI Powered Search bar in the Springboard, you've got all the knowledge right at your fingertips! Now when you're working in your Springboard, you can easily search for the information you need to work through any tasks you've set. To get started, log in to your Springboard.
Once you've logged in, navigate to your Site Structure. Click the grey Search icon in the top right corner of the Springboard. Enter your search term, anything from a simple keyword to a full question, then click Enter on your computer keyboard. The AI Search modal will take a few seconds to populate results, then you'll be presented with a variety of information. Your results will include a combination of the following:
- AI Summary
- Springboard Area links
- Knowledge Base Article links
- A space to put your feedback
